Dance classes proceed slowly, with one step at a time, allowing to build up strength, stamina and stability, and all of these take time to be developed. I especially pay attention to correct breathing and centering. The most beautiful hand gesture becomes meaningless and superficial, if the dancer doesn’t care to center the body. Since, this requires a great deal of concentration, I usually give single classes. This helps me to focus on the dance student completely.

Apart from the fact, that this dance offers great joy to the dancer and the audience, by training regularly and perfoming properly, there are several other advantages such as improvement of posture, compensation of postural defects, unrestricted breathing, better feeling for the body, strengthening of large muscle groups, strengthening of joints and the foot arch and most importantly an improvement of the general physical and mental condition.
